Having seen the hearing centre virtual tour Pan 3Sixty created for the Nursing & Midwifery Council, the Health & Care Professions Council recognised the value in providing a similar tour to their members.

Through familiarising witnesses and registrants with the process of attending a hearing, the Health & Care Professions Council help provide them with a realistic expectation of what is involved.

The hearing centre virtual tour starts in the reception area and then leads the viewer through to the witness and registrant waiting rooms and finally the hearing room.

Descriptions explain what each room is used for and pop-up information points tell the viewer about all the people involved in the hearings process.

It was a pleasure working with Pan 3Sixty to create a 360° virtual tour of the hearing centre for the Health & Care Professional Council.

Communication throughout the project was good and I always felt comfortable dropping them an email or giving them a call if there was anything we needed to know.

At each stage of the project Pan 3Sixty supplied up with the information and advice we needed. Leading up to the shoot, Pan 3Sixty advised us on the best lighting conditions, timings and possible compositions, which we found helpful in our planning, especially considering the limited timeframe we had.

On the day of the shoot, Pan 3Sixty suggested a walk around the building before starting the photography, which was very beneficial and helped make sure each location looked its best whilst keeping the impact of the shoot to a minimum.

During the production of the user interface, we really liked the way Pan 3Sixty kept us up to date with each stage of production, from the initial designs, through each revision and to the finished virtual tour.

The results are exactly what we had in mind, and demonstrates that Pan 3Sixty understood our requirements, our design standards and the HCPC brand. We have had a lot of positive feedback regarding the virtual tour and it has also been well received by the extended project group, employees and external stakeholders.
