From first contact Pan 3Sixty were extremely responsive and very helpful. Following our request for a 360° virtual tour to provide alternative access to the Fire Command Post and Port War Signal Station at Dover Castle for visitors with limited mobility, it was clear that Pan 3Sixty had a thorough understanding of what was required. They quickly proposed a solution that not only met our every requirement but also included additional features that they thought relevant the project, such as a Gigapixel panorama from the Signal Platform to provide a more highly detailed view of the Dover coastline including the view across the Channel in which the French coastline is also clearly visible.

Working closely with myself and other English Heritage colleagues, the virtual tour was created to an exceptionally high standard, both photographically and design wise, and delivered to meet a tight deadline. We now have a great resource available to ensure all our visitors, regardless of mobility, can see the at the Fire Command Post and Port War Signal Station, including all the exhibitions and interpretation.

The 360° virtual tour, and in particular the high quality of the panoramas, was highly praised by colleagues within English Heritage and I would have no hesitation in recommending Pan 3Sixty throughout the organisation to other museum and heritage attractions.”

“The partners of The Great Trossachs Forest National Nature Reserve have worked with Pan 3Sixty to deliver a 360 virtual tour of the reserve as part of our Lottery funded Gateways Project. The end result more than met our initial requirements, bringing the landscape to life and showcasing the conservation work we undertake.

Through careful composition, use of light and colour and Pan 3Sixty’s meticulous retouching work, the 360° panoramas showcase the wide variety of landscapes to be found in the Great Trossachs Forest; from intimate woodland scenes, to loch side views to mountain vistas. Throughout the seasons the 360° panoramas show a sympathy to the landscape that were a result of careful planning, patience and photographic expertise.

The virtual tour has been well received by visitors, both online and in the Glen Finglas visitor centre. We are sure the tour will inspire people to visit the Trossachs and provide them with an understanding of the work we are undertaking to conserve and protect it for future generations.

It have been a pleasure to work with Pan 3Sixty, who have been helpful and responsive throughout the 18 month duration of the project. The virtual tour is valued addition to the work of the Woodland Trust in Nature Reserve and, along with our other digital products, was a finalist in the 2016 Nature of Scotland Awards for innovation.

“Pan 3Sixty were a pleasure to work with and so efficient. The quality of work and service we received was excellent, and the Council is very happy with the finished 360° virtual tour. The tour has proved to be a valuable aid for both witnesses or registrants alike, enabling them to familiarise themselves with the process and environment prior to attending a hearing. We would happily recommend the services of Pan 3Sixty to other regulators.”

“From start to finish Pan 3Sixty has been highly responsive to what the Goldsmiths’ wanted to achieve; a high class virtual tour of Goldsmiths’ Hall to assist with marketing the hall as a commercial venue.  The service has been very swift and full of imaginative input which has helped guide us as newcomers to this medium and achieved a result with which everyone has been most impressed. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending Pan 3Sixty for such work as a leader in its field, save that we might be opening ourselves up to competition!”

The Pan 3Sixty team were very professional, a pleasure to work with and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The 360° virtual tour, and in particular Pan 3Sixty’s exciting and dramatic 360º panoramas, are the highlight of the H.M.S. Belfast website.

The kiosk version of the virtual tour onboard H.M.S. Belfast enables disabled visitors to view many areas of the ship that were previously inaccessible plus a few additional locations that are off limits to all visitors.”

It was a pleasure working with Pan 3Sixty to create a 360° virtual tour of the hearing centre for the Health & Care Professional Council.

Communication throughout the project was good and I always felt comfortable dropping them an email or giving them a call if there was anything we needed to know.

At each stage of the project Pan 3Sixty supplied up with the information and advice we needed. Leading up to the shoot, Pan 3Sixty advised us on the best lighting conditions, timings and possible compositions, which we found helpful in our planning, especially considering the limited timeframe we had.

On the day of the shoot, Pan 3Sixty suggested a walk around the building before starting the photography, which was very beneficial and helped make sure each location looked its best whilst keeping the impact of the shoot to a minimum.

During the production of the user interface, we really liked the way Pan 3Sixty kept us up to date with each stage of production, from the initial designs,  through each revision and to the finished virtual tour.

The results are exactly what we had in mind, and demonstrates that Pan 3Sixty understood our requirements, our design standards and the HCPC brand. We have had a lot of positive feedback regarding the virtual tour and it has also been well received by the extended project group, employees and external stakeholders.

“A 360° virtual tour was always going be a great marketing asset, and after seeing what Pan 3Sixty had done for other clients, we were very excited to see what they could offer us. I’m happy to say we were not disappointed with the results.

The Pan 3Sixty team were very generous with their time, choosing to stay well after dark to get the ‘right’ photographs and their attention to detail superb. They always had our best interests at heart when setting shots up in order to get the most from our facilities. Their general perception and intuition as to what we required left us feeling we have received a great service.

As an extension to our website, the virtual tour has not been so much an evolutionary step as a revolutionary one. Prospective members get to see our facilities in a way that is not only stunning but also very easy to use. The virtual tour is proving to be the best marketing interface we have invested in so far.

Adding a 360° virtual tour to our website has brought us numerous benefits, showcasing our best facilities and accommodation. Our virtual tour has given us the opportunity to promote facilities to our target audiences without them leaving their house, making the decision process easy and reassuring our international applicants before they arrive in the UK.

Pan 3Sixty are always so easy to work with, and have developed two brand new interfaces to meet our needs. The process of photographing the campus is made simple by Pan 3Sixty, who made lots of suggestions to ensure we got the very best out of our facilities.”

“Health & Safety is fundamental to our staff remaining safe when working in an environment where the potential for an accident is ever present. To promote safety in the workplace we commissioned Pan 3Sixty to create a 360° panorama of a Jewson depot, highlighting the ever present dangers and how they may be averted through best practice.

During the photography Pan 3Sixty were most conscious to minimize any impact on the day to day running of the depot on the one hand, whilst not compromising on the composition of the panorama or the quality the photographs. Working with multiple members of staff, the whole shoot was managed professionally and efficiently.

They then worked closely with Jewson to add the information points to the panorama, tailoring the graphic design to match the branding of our existing Health & Safety materials.

The 360° panorama was very well received at Jewson Live, attracting a large number of viewers throughout the show. Following the show I received a lot of positive feedback regarding the Health & Safety panorama and it has gone on to be used by numerous colleagues throughout Jewson, who use the panorama as a training aid in their own Health & Safety training presentations.

One of the most high profile exhibitions of 2018 at Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales was “Kizuna: Japan, Wales, Design”, a temporary exhibition focussing on the close ties between Japan and Wales over the generations.

With the exhibition open to the public for only 12 weeks it was important for the National Museum Wales to document the design, layout, lighting and quality of the Kizuna exhibition for posterity. We therefore commissioned Pan 3Sixty to photograph the exhibition and create a series of high resolution 360° photographs for future reference. They undertook the work in a very professional manner and delivered a quality, interactive record of the exhibition that met our brief to the letter.

In addition to providing the National Museum Wales with a superb visual reference for future exhibition design, the virtual tour is also being used to promote our temporary exhibition space at the Museum, showcasing the space at its best.

I can highly recommend Pan 3Sixty; they are a pleasure to work with and deliver a high quality product at a competitive price.

Research showed one of the main obstacles preventing customers from booking on the Caledonian Sleeper was a lack of ‘tangible information’ about the service and what customers can expect prior to their journey, on the train and also at their journeys end. After researching various options, we decided to commission a 360° virtual tour to showcase this unique rail service.

The quality of Pan 3Sixty’s panoramas are fantastic, showing our carriages off in their best light. The whole process was managed professionally and with a flexibility that matched our changing demands. We are now undertaking more 360° virtual tours for other areas of our business and wouldn’t consider using anyone other than Pan 3Sixty.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the result and the positive effect it is having on bookings.”

“Enabling some members of the public to visit our restored windmill has always been a challenge as the steps to the upper floors are steep and difficult to negotiate. After exploring a number of ways to create a 360° virtual tour that would allow people to experience the mill in a manner similar to taking part in a guided tour, we selected Pan 3Sixty’s proposal to create a bespoke virtual tour displayed on a touch screen kiosk situated on the ground floor.

The customer service was good throughout with Pan 3Sixty keeping us informed of progress at each stage of work, and also helping to fix technical issues we encountered with the articulated arm for mounting the touch screen.

The quality of the finished images is wonderful and the virtual tour does exactly what we had hoped. The end result is first class and and it has been an immediate hit with our visitors who absolutely love it!”

“We developed the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) virtual tour as we understand that being involved in a PCC hearing can be stressful and unfamiliar experience for those involved.  We have been very pleased with the process of developing the virtual tour with Pan3Sixty and also with the finished product. We hope it will help prepare people for the experience of attending a hearing in a visual and accessible format. Many thanks to Pan3Sixty for all their hard work in developing this with us.

Investigations Manager

“All South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAM) paramedics spend time in our ambulances to familiarise themselves with the equipment onboard and memorise what is stored in every compartment and every draw.

In an ideal world, paramedics will be able to spend as much time onboard an ambulance as required, but with the time restraints on the ambulances, SECAM needed a way to enable staff to access and explore an ambulance without taking the vehicle out of service. After considering various options, we decided to create a 360° virtual ambulance tour.

Having investigated their work and received a detailed and helpful response to our initial enquiry, SECAM selected Pan 3Sixty to create the virtual tour.

Pan 3Sixty was thoroughly professional throughout the process, which could not have been made easier, and SECAM are very impressed with the result. The finished ambulance virtual tour perfectly fulfils our requirements, and the clarity of the 360° photography is superb. The virtual tour is now an integral part of our paramedic training scheme and is a useful resource for our trainee paramedic’s to refer back to as and when needed.

I have no hesitation in recommending Pan 3Sixty to other Ambulance Services seeking to create a similar virtual tour. They deliver a high quality product that is excellent value for money.”
