London Campus virtual tour
360° virtual tours have become a must have for Universities, Colleges and Schools to showcase campuses, accommodation and other facilities to potential students.
The University of Sunderland commissioned us to create a virtual tour of their London Campus Gateway, which opened in 2012. Initially recruiting over 3,000 international students, the number of overseas student has continued to grow year upon year. With the majority of international students unable to visit the campus open days prior to applying for a place, the marketing department wanted to showcase the facilities with a ‘virtual open day’, helping to convert applicants into students.
Photographing key areas of the London Campus, the 360º panoramas were embedded into a custom-designed user interface created to University branding guidelines. We believe a custom user interface is the most user-friendly way of delivering university virtual tours, providing prospective students with an intuitive way to navigate round the campus and providing them with information on each area shown.
