Maldon & District Agricultural & Domestic Museum The museum became a reality in 1985 after years of collecting by the late owner Ron Wells. Ron decided to collect anything old and interesting which had a purpose. The Well’s family are continuing the work of the collection in Ron’s memory which boasts a large collection of tractors, rotovators and static engines dating back to the 1920’s. Also on display are bygones, mangles, washing machines and household items dating back to 1850 A fascinating collection of rural items, some dating back to the 18th Century! |
