Facility, offering the latest equipment and cardio theatre
technology in a modern and motivating environment. Its
unique ‘Wellness’ system is able to automatically
recommend a training programme that’s right for you based
on your performance. The state-of-the-art but easy to use
equipment recognises each Shapes member from their
personal memory key, which is inserted into the kit, and
advises on the perfect programme based on your
instructor’s analysis of your on-going performance data.
At the end of your session you can see how much you have
improved by logging into the ‘Wellness Expert’, a
multi-media station that logs your programme and
performance. The atmosphere in Shapes is themed to
generate high levels of motivation with user friendly
equipment, including features such as heart rate
monitoring and an individual choice of entertainment –
ideal for whether you want to enhance your physique,
improve your competitive performance or are just feeling
the effects of inactivity.
