Pan 3Sixty recently completed a commission from the Institute of Education (part of the University of London) to produce a 360° virtual tour displaying locations around the campus including a number of teaching spaces plus other facilities such as the Library, Student Union, student accommodation and more. The 18 panoramas were incorporated into a simple user interface (based around the design of the main Institute of Education website) enabling the user to navigate easily from one panorama to the next using thumbnail photographs of each location.

Pan 3Sixty is pleased to announce the launch of an all new campus virtual tour for the University of Hertfordshire. Incorporating 23 x 360º panoramas, the new virtual tour replaces the older campus tour (also produced by Pan 3Sixty in 2004 and updated 2006) and incorporates a variety of new features, including:
- A custom designed, Flash based User Interface branded in line with the University of Hertfordshire website
- Larger standard display size with full screen option
- Individual colour branding for each campus
- Custom designed panorama controls for ease of use
- Pop Up labels identifying items of interest
- Embedded video
- Night time photography at the Bayfordbury Observatory
The virtual tour showcases key facilities such as the new Forum building, the Gallery, Sports Village, Forum and Observatory (above), plus accommodation and teaching areas so that potential students, conference delegates, lecturers, and anybody else who is interested can take a detailed tour of the UK’s leading business-facing university.

Central Hall at the University of York
A new virtual tour for the University of York has just gone live. Pan 3Sixty were commissioned to produce 38 panoramas of the conference facilities, conference accommodation and also student accommodation from nine colleges around the 200 acre Heslington campus. Replacing a previous virtual tour, the new 360º panoramas showcase the venues in full screen, providing potential clients with an excellent view of the conference rooms, exhibition facilities and bedrooms.
